this message is killing the rest
(you're too close to see it)
“Can you look and tell me what you’d change? It just feels... stale. Lame.”
That was it. No long explanation.
He’s been in my ecosystem for a while, and has become a friend in the process.
He’d gotten a sequence from a LinkedIn agency and was doing everything they told him to do.
Sending it every day. Getting a few replies here and there... but nothing had turned into anything.
Then he noticed something...
Every message in his prospect’s inbox looked exactly like his.
Same structure. Same lines. Same energy.
So every day he kept sending that sequence, the leak got wider.
Prospects who would’ve replied... didn’t.
Pipeline he couldn’t get back because his message sounded like the last 40 they deleted.
So he sent me the whole thing and asked if there was anything I’d change.
I didn’t change anything.
I tore it apart.
Line by line.
Found the exact spots where every conversation was dying. The spots he couldn’t see because he was standing inside it.
Then I rebuilt it from scratch.
He sent 3 messages using what I gave him.
1 of 3 booked a discovery call.
A week later he closed a 4-figure client... exactly two weeks from the first message.
In the process, the prospect told him something he wasn’t expecting:
“You’re the first person I’ve ever responded to.”
He knew his messages sounded like everyone else’s. He just didn’t know how to fix it.
Like most people... he’s VERY good at what he actually does...
When I say VERY good… he’s increased this new client’s revenue 44% in just 2 weeks 😳.
Which is exactly what makes it hard to talk to others about it... at least in a way that gets them to convert.
When you’re VERY good at what you do... you tend to go 2 routes with outreach:
Say entirely too much, feeding a baby with a firehose.
Or too little, and sound like the last 40 messages they already deleted.
Outreach that isn’t landing is almost never dead. It’s leaking.
Replies slip out at one or two specific spots, and you can’t see it because you’re standing inside it.
I can see it almost instantly.
So I’m opening 3 spots this week for something that’s usually only a part of my larger engagements... an Outreach Teardown.
You send me your sequence or a few of your most recent conversations that dead-ended.
I tear into it and send you back a recorded walkthrough within 48 hours.
Every leak named, every fix explained, nothing held back. The same teardown I ran for him.
→ The exact spot your sequence loses them
→ The lines quietly killing your reply rate
→ What to say instead so they actually write back
He went from invisible in a crowded inbox to closing a 4-figure client in 6 weeks from our first conversation.
Same guy. Same offer. Same effort. Just different words.
$297. 3 spots. This week only, because that’s all I can take and still do them right.
And... if I don’t find at least 3 things leaking your replies... you get every dollar back.
If your outreach is pulling some replies but not the ones you want, this is where we fix it.

P.S. If after the teardown you don't want to fix it yourself... I'll rebuild your entire outreach system.
New messages, reply handlers, the full flow from send to booked call.
Your $297 rolls in. Nothing wasted.
But the 3 spots are the 3 spots. When they're gone, they're gone.
