  • More consistency. You won’t quit because the system is easy to maintain.

The 4-Step 'Clear Habits' Method

  • Step 1: Pick Your #1: Choose one long-term goal that if you hit it, everything else in your life automatically lines up.

  • Step 2: Choose Your Top 3. Choose up to three habits that directly align with your #1 goal. Don’t try to track everything - just the habits that matter.

  • Step 3: Choose Your Method. Whether it’s a notebook, a basic app, or a wall calendar, stick to something simple. The easier it is, the more likely you’ll stick with it.

  • Step 4: Reflect Weekly. Every week on the same day, take 5 minutes to review. What went well? Where did you slip up? Use this time to tweak to make the habit more doable for you going forward, not to punish yourself for missing a day.
